10 Food For Pregnancy Women During The First Trimester

So you are pregnant right? Congratulations mama to-be; did you know that foods you consume can have lasting effects on your baby’s body weight? It’s all started with the food you consume.

There is so much confusing information preached like (avoid this, avoid that) all this information can even lead to frustration, if you avoid all those foods then what food you should eat?

When pregnant, use healthy food as your medicine, avoid consuming too many calories to avoid excess weight during and after pregnancy by doing so you will nail it all.

In this article I will show you different vitamins, minerals, vitamins and nutrients which are important during the different stages of pregnant women starting from the first trimester to the third trimester.

By saying so, the following are food you should eat during different stages of pregnancy;     

First trimester

The first three months of your pregnancy. This period is characterized by fast growing of the cells and differentiating.

Therefore, proper nutrients are very important because the risk of damage in this period is very high.

1. Lentils

10. Eggs

It’s very crucial especially in the tenth week of pregnancy, it’s a phase in which your baby's main organ continues to grow.

Also your baby finger nail, eyelid and testosterone (if he is a boy) begin to occur, also your baby heart is divided into four chambers and begins to pump blood.
