What is Cancer?
Cancer is the disease which occurs due to the abnormal cellular growth caused by underlying dysfunction of the body internal terrain. Cancer is not a germs disease; it comes out as the result of small insults which attack internal body terrain over a prolonged period of time.
How Body Internal Terrain Is Related to Cancer?
Internal body terrain is our internal body ecosystems. It works hard every single hour every day to make sure our body has a strong immune system.
Internal body terrain is made up of 65 trillion cells modulated by acid and base balance, hormonal influence functionality and delicate balance between good and bad bacteria.
Dysfunction of this internal body terrain over a period of time leads to many serious health problems including cancer.
Main Factors Leading to Cancer
About 80 to 90% of cancer is related to three main three group of factors including the following;
a) Nutritional factors, a high consumption of fat, high cholesterol, low fiber and high consumption of sugar (cancer cells are the best friend of sugar).
b) Life style; alcohol, smoking, stress and sedentary lifestyle also is the factor which contribute to many cancer cases.
c) Environmental exposure; industrial toxin, electromagnetic radiation, chemical carcinogen, air and water pollution.
With unnoticeable results our body continues to suffer when they are exposed to above risk factors, it may take up to 20 until they get recognized.
Therefore, the small attack over a long period of time leads to the dysfunction of cellular protein structure hence causing mutational changes which lead to cancer.
Types of Cancer
1. Carcinomas cancer, this includes lungs, breast, prostate, skin and colon cancer. They are characterized by solid tumors.
2. Sarcomas cancer, this type of cancer comes from bones and soft tissues surrounding organs.
3. Leukemia cancer, this type of cancer is formed in the blood and bone marrow. This is non solid and characterized by abnormal production of white blood cells.
4. Lymphomas cancer, this is the cancer of the lymph nodes (it occurs in the immune system). There are two categories in this kind of cancer, that is, Hodgkin’s and Non- Hodgkin’s.
5. Myelomas cancer, these are rare turmoil that formed in the antibodies producing a cell plasma in the various tissues.
Cancer Staging.
Cancer is always developed in four main stages (I-IV). All kinds of physicians ranging from natural to conventional need to know the stage of your cancer before they start to deal with the problem.
Stage I: is developed in a small local area with the body parts and easily curable.
Stage ii&iii: developed in small local parts of the body, but it is the more advanced stage of cancer.
Stage iv: this is the critical stage of cancer; the probability of rescue is small to none. In other words, we call it inoperable or metallic cancer.
Generally, all stages of cancer can be defined in terms of a staging system known as TNM (stand for Tumors, Node and Metastases).
For stances T2N1M0 means the patient has a T2 tumor, N1 lymph node involvement and zero distant metastases.
Reason Why You Get Cancer.
1. Exposure to sunlight.
Excessive exposure to sunlight contributes a lot to many cases including skin cancer. For example, research shows that about 400,000 skin cancers are reported in the US per year.
Ultraviolet B and C radiation is the most dangerous one. Human activities like industrial activities contribute to the ozone layer depletion which induce ultraviolet radiation which is the main source for the occurrence of skin cancer.
Cancer cases which come as the result of ultraviolet dangerous radiation including melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma.
How to reduce risk? avoid being overly exposed to sunlight. Sunscreen is the best option. But for health benefits it is advised to stay at least 30-45 minute to morning sunlight per week.
2. Continuous exposure to electromagnetic fields.
EMF are the energy fields that in turn have a magnetic effect on their own surroundings. They come from many sources including electricity.
EMFs also come from many sources including both manmade and nature. For manmade EMfs come from devices like computer terminals, microwave, oven, overhead lights, electrical poles and motors to mention a few.
Negative health effects of electromagnetic fields are countless. Research proved that all children living near to large power lines are at risk of all kinds of cancer.
Also EMFs is closely related to brain cancer cases, excessive exposure to weak EMFs can disturbs the brain production of melatonin.
EMFs disturbs living systems, affecting enzymes related, cell division and gene expression.
How to Reduce the Risk of EMFs? Stay away from EMFs sources as much as you can. Clean all electrical appliances from your bedroom. Avoid using an electric blanket and get sleep with no night light.
3. Ionizing radiation.
Ionizing radiations like x-rays produce high amounts of energy which lead to the genetic mutations which are closely related to cancer. X-rays can be produced from fluorescent lights, computer monitors and televisions screens.
4. Pesticide residue
The fast spreads nowadays are speechless. Research shows that in today’s world pesticide usage is five times compared to five years ago which is directly proportional to the number of cancer cases.
Pesticides nowadays found their ways to food chains and eventually take the lead in coffee, Fruits and vegetables.
Not only in food pesticides also used in building materials, golf courses and parks to mention a few, also in water supply pesticide is applied which makes the risk of cancer to be inevitable.
Pesticide and industrial chemicals responsible for many cases regarding accumulation of fatty tissue of fish, cattle and poetry.
The negative side effect of pesticide including the various kind of cancer like brain cancer, sexual organ cancer and breast cancer.
Home pesticide which is mostly used in gardening is closely related to childhood cancer including childhood leukemia and brain cancer.
How to reduce the risk? eat organic certified food.
5. Industrial Toxins
Toxin chemicals and heavy metal which are frequently used in industries find their way to pass through our body. Examples of those compounds include lead from cigarettes-smoke, mercury, aluminum, nickel, and ceramic glazes on cooking utensils.
They have a tendency to accumulate in the fat cells affecting the central nervous system, brain and gland.
Many toxins like xenoestrogens bring the risk of breast cancer and its epidemic worldwide.
How to reduce the risk? Cleans all mercury fillings, get rid of antacids, use organic shampoo and toothpaste.
6. Polluted, chlorinated and fluoridated water.
Chlorinated water is closely related to colon and rectal cancer.
Ground water contains a toxin amount of radionuclides that lead to cancer.
Despite its ability to deal with dental cavities, fluoridated water has been associated with bone cancer to male under 20 years old.
How to deal with the risk? avoid using tap water, drink only pure water.
7. Tobacco
Over 2000 chemical compounds produced from tobacco are closely related to lung cancer cases. Lung cancer can be reduced by 90% if tobacco smoking is prohibited.
Tobacco smoking can lead to the high concentration of harmful free radicals and weaken the immune system.
Carbon dioxide produced during smoking suppresses the oxygen in the brain, lung and heart, also the supply of vitamin C is lower to the tobacco smokers.
How to reduce the risk? avoid first and second hand smoking as much as you can. Also take vitamin C due to its antioxidant effect against harmful free radicals of tobacco smoke.
8. Poor diet and nutrition.
Animal products are closely related to the increase in the risk of breast, colon, pancreatic, kidney and endometrial cancer.
High protein consumption leads to acidic terrain which in turn causes large amounts of calcium to reach the bones when they try to neutralize the acidic environment. Therefore, use the amount of protein as we recommend here.
Excessive chronic environments reduce the amount of calcium which leads to osteoporosis.
Excessive consumption of meat for men can cause prostate cancer compared to those who are vegetarian.
Smoked and packed meat is associated with high incidence of stomach and esophageal cancer.
Avoid fresh water fish as much as you can due to its potential autoxidation, deep water fish like salmon, tuna, red snapper and flounder are the best options.
Animal fats are closely related with higher rates of breast, colon, rectum, uterus and prostate cancer.
Carbohydrate and sugar (best friend of cancer cells) weaken the immune system.
How to avoid it: get rid of sugar and trans fat intake. Use plant based protein such as beans and legumes, green vegetables, deep and cold water fish due to its rich omega content.
Also think twice about fast food.
9. Emotional stress.
Due to stress an anti-inflammatory called cortisol produced by the adrenal gland commanded by the brain. The hormone leads to the weakening of the immune system hence this can be called to action for cancer cells.
Chronic stress leads to the reduction of white blood cells and decreases the amount of lymphocytes which lead to the shrinking of the thymus gland.
Breast cancer for women is closely related to emotional stress.
Also depression is closely related to the risk of cancer. The loners are closely related to the risk of getting cancer compared to those who express their feelings to the people they trust.
How to reduce the risk? Lead to practice meditation in order to get rid of emotional stress. Join the cancer group and share your worries to the people who face the same cancer problems.
Finally, all types of cancer can be treated easily if it can be diagnosed early. Therefore if you have been exposed to the risk factor it is better to perform an early test to know if you have any symptoms.
